I am half of Italiaoutdoors, a small two person team that designs and leads custom active (bike, hike and ski) culinary tours in Northeastern Italy – specifically the Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino. I am constantly looking for new sources of food and wine information, as I am the chef/wine part of the team. I love both the recipes and the backstories! I have, and will continue, to post recipes inspired by my visits to these region on my blog, and find your book invaluable.
